This messaging program sends service notifications only — transactional, with no marketing or promotional content. Notifications are sent only to users who tick the opt-in checkbox, and include trip coordination, quote notifications, vendor/operator status changes, onboarding, and operational alerts related to active charter activity.
Note: account-security texts (multi-factor authentication login codes and verification) are a separate transactional category tied to account login and are not part of this messaging campaign.
