AeroXplorer on the busywork behind every charter trip
AeroXplorer took a look at the part of charter nobody puts in a brochure: the coordination around every trip. Their story, “Can AI Fix the Most Tedious Part of Private Jet Charter?”, ran September 11.
It opens on a dispatcher on a Friday night. A slot time moves. The pilots, the FBO, the customer and the broker all need to hear about it, and someone has to tell each of them. The flight itself is simple. Keeping everyone on the same page is what eats the evening.
The work, not the dashboard
That coordination is the job Flyn takes. He chases vendors, collects documents, flags what's missing, sends status updates and passes changes along to everyone on the trip. And he does it under your name.
“Flyn is invisible to your clients. They don't see AI. They see your shop running tighter.”
Tools any shop can afford
The story also covers how we price. Quoting, trip management and the marketplace are free. You only pay for Flyn: $300 a month for your whole company.
“The basic tools of this trade should be something any shop can afford.”
A two-airplane operator should get the same help as a big fleet. As the interview put it, AI can be a great leveling tool for this community.
