We're building GoFlight — an operations platform for mid-size US charter operators (10–30 aircraft). The free layer (quoting, ops, marketplace) builds the audience. Flyn, the personalized AI teammate, is the paid product that does the busywork operators are drowning in. We need a sharp full-stack generalist to co-build it.

Full-stack generalist.

AWS, React, serverless backend, databases. Comfortable touching any part of the stack. You don't wait for someone to wire up the other end.

Has shipped real product with LLM APIs.

Not tutorials, not wrappers. Agents, tool use, multi-step workflows running in production for actual users.

Ships fast. Figures things out.

Deadlines matter. Velocity matters. You take a spec to working software without hand-holding, and you tell us when the spec is wrong.

Startup urgency.

This isn't a 9-to-5. We're in a race against funded competitors with 10× our headcount. You're here because you want to build it.

Four surfaces, all live or being shaped now. You'd own pieces of each as trust builds.

The free layer.

RFQ management, bid tracking, trip operations, document checklists, and a two-sided marketplace for trading trips between operators. Direct alternative to Avinode's $1,500/month entry tier.

Flyn — the personalized teammate.

Per-operator memories. Deterministic workflows per business process. Guided onboarding. Background "dreaming" that consolidates and prunes what Flyn knows so it stays sharp. Multi-model: Claude, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek — swappable.

Omnichannel coordination.

Messages out under your team's name across SMS, WhatsApp, email, and voice (Telnyx SIP). The customer never sees Flyn — just a team that got faster.

Payments, compliance, fleet, crew.

Stripe checkout, safety + compliance display, fleet and crew tools. AWS Lambda + DynamoDB, shipped weekly straight to main.
